PETAL ROSETTE: Twelve-petal carved rosette

Twelve dished petals with a soft center rib, small pointed leaves between them, a fluted center boss ringed with beads, and a round bead border. Sized for door and window corner blocks, with an 8 in medallion for mantels, headboards and drawer fronts.

Designed by Roxford Carpentry, a custom carpentry shop in Jacksonville, Florida.

SIZES
- 3½ x 3½ in: relief 0.280 in, finish with a 1/16 in ball nose
- 4 x 4 in: relief 0.303 in, finish with a 1/16 in ball nose
- 4½ x 4½ in: relief 0.326 in, finish with a 1/16 in ball nose
- 8 x 8 in: relief 0.460 in, finish with a 1/8 in ball nose

3D PRINTING
The STL is a watertight solid that slices cleanly in any FDM or resin slicer (Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, Cura, Chitubox). Pieces bigger than your print bed can be split in the slicer and glued.

WORKS WITH
CNC: Vectric Aspire and VCarve Pro (import the STL or heightmap as a component), Carveco, Fusion, Carbide Create Pro and any CAM that reads STL or grayscale heightmaps.

Please don't scale the small sizes down further: the detail is drawn for the bit listed on the cut sheet.
