Is anything shipped to me?

No. These are digital files. After checkout, Etsy emails you a download link, and it's also under You > Purchases and reviews. No frame or paper is included.

How do I download on my phone?

Open the link in a web browser (Safari or Chrome), not the Etsy app. The app often can't open ZIP files. On iPhone, tap the file, then "Download" and open it from the Files app.

How do personalised orders work?

Add the name, the Arabic spelling if you know it, and the date in the personalisation box. We send a proof to your Etsy messages, usually within 24 hours. Approve it or ask for one free round of changes, then we send the print-ready files.

What if I don't know the Arabic spelling of a name?

Write "please spell it" and we'll suggest one in the proof. You approve it before anything is final.

What paper and printer should I use?

Cardstock (80–110 lb / 216–300 gsm) for cards, tags and signs; matte photo paper for wall art. Print at 100% / "Actual size". Any print shop or online print service can print these files.

Which sizes are included?

Each listing's photos include a size chart. Wall art comes in several frame sizes; planners and kits come in US Letter and A4.

Can I print more than one copy?

Yes, for your own family, gathering or classroom. Please don't resell or share the files.

Because files are delivered instantly, we can't accept returns on digital downloads. If a file is faulty or isn't what the listing describes, message us and we'll fix it or make it right.

Is the Arabic and the Qur'an text accurate?

✓ Every verse & hadith multi-source verified, with the reference printed beside it.

¿Tienen productos en español?

Sí. Varios artículos están en español o son bilingües (inglés y español). Escríbenos si buscas algo en concreto.
