What is your cancellation and return policy?

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase. Unworn items can be returned within 30 days (buyer pays return shipping). Made-to-order and custom/personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Yes. All designs are AI-assisted and finished by our studio. Each piece is original to MlemAndBlep.

What material are the shirts?

100% cotton or cotton blend with water-based ink. Soft, breathable, and built to last.

How do I choose the right size?

Check the size chart in each listing's photos. When in doubt, size up for a relaxed fit. Wrong size? No panic. If the fit isn't right, message us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a one-time exchange for a different size — you cover the return shipping, we send the new one. (These are made-to-order, so exchanges only on size issues, no refunds. Check the size chart in the listing photos before ordering — future you says thanks.)

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via tracked shipping.

Can I customize a design with my pet?

For custom pet portraits, message us before ordering so we can confirm your pet photo will work. How do custom orders work? — A: leave engraving text at checkout. B/C: message us first, design fee paid upfront via a private checkout link we send you before we start. 1 free minor revision included.

Will the print fade or crack after washing?

Our prints are made to last. Wash inside-out in cold water and hang dry or tumble dry low — treat it like your favorite band tee and it'll stay sharp.

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
