HOW IT WORKS
1. Add your jobs on the Jobs tab and your crew on Settings.
2. Add one row per job per day on the Daily Log.
3. Note crew hours, deliveries and issues on their tabs.
4. Open the Daily Report, pick a date and a job, and print.

• Apple Numbers opens it, but some drop-downs or formatting may change, so Excel or Google Sheets is recommended

FAQ
Does it know today's date? The planner date on Settings is set to 21 Oct 2026 for the sample. Clear that cell and the Dashboard uses today.
Can I use °C? Yes. Pick °C or °F on Settings.
How many days can I log? 400 Daily Log rows, 600 crew rows, 150 deliveries and 200 issues. More rows can be added by copying a row down.
Can I start with a blank file? Yes. Clear the white sample cells (steps in the PDF) and keep the grey formula columns.
Does it work with my other contractor sheets? It is a standalone file. It also pairs well with the Nordic Paper Co Job Schedule, Punch List, Timesheet, Contractor Estimate & Invoice and Bookkeeping spreadsheets.
