See your real trend, not the daily ups and downs. Log your weight whenever you step on the scale – the 7-day average smooths out water weight, and the dashboard tells you how much you've lost, how far you are from your goal, your pace per week and the date you'll get there at that pace. Plateaus and too-fast weeks are explained in plain English, measurements show progress the scale misses, and milestones with your own rewards keep you going.

This listing is the Editorial design (neutral cream look). Same features also available in Midnight and Blush – see my shop.
