Are the planners and recipe books for gastric sleeve only, or also gastric bypass?

They were made for the post-op stages after bariatric surgery in general, including gastric sleeve and gastric bypass. They focus on portion sizes, protein, hydration, and tracking. Always follow your own surgeon's or dietitian's guidance, as individual plans differ.
