Every pill, every day – and a warning before you run out. List your medications with dose and stock, then type how many doses you took each day. The tracker counts the pills you have left from your log and your refills, works out how many days they last and the date to pick up the next pack. The dashboard shows today's doses, adherence for the last 7 and 30 days, missed doses, your perfect streak, which medication runs out first and which one you miss most – with plain-English notes like what's still to take today.

2. Excel: open the .xlsx file. Google Sheets: open the PDF and click the link – Google makes your own copy.
3. Fill in Setup (2 minutes) and start logging.
