Wedding Seating Chart Template Maker, Paste Guest List, 24x36 Poster, Escort Cards, Table Numbers

Paste your guest list once and get a print-ready wedding seating chart, plus table numbers, escort cards and place cards from the same list. No typing 150 names into Canva or Templett, no blurry previews, no file that's stuck at one size.

Try it before you buy: the free demo is at seating.brightkeptstudio.com/demo (every feature works; downloads carry a DEMO watermark).

HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Buy and download the PDF guide. Page 1 has your private link (a button, the web address and a QR code).
2. Open the link in your browser. Bookmark it: it's yours, with free updates.
3. Paste or type your guests under Table 1, Table 2… or import a CSV or Excel file.
4. Pick a theme, layout and size. Download the PDFs and print at a print shop or at home.

WHAT YOU CAN MAKE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔ Seating chart poster: 18 x 24, 24 x 36 or 16 x 20 in, or A1, A2, A3. Portrait or landscape.
✔ By table (Table 1 with its guests) or A to Z (every guest with a table number).
✔ Split a big list over 2 posters (A–K and L–Z, or two halves of the tables).
✔ Table numbers: 4 x 6 or 5 x 7 in, two per sheet or one per page for a print shop.
✔ Escort cards (name + table) and place cards (name, optional meal note), 3.5 x 2 in, flat or folded tent, with cut marks.
✔ 3 themes that match our wedding website templates: Modern Minimal, Amalfi Lemon (blue and lemon) and Winter Evergreen.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHY IT'S EASIER
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔ Names are sized automatically to fill the poster. It tells you the name size and how far away it reads, and warns you before anything is too small.
✔ A very long name is set smaller on its own (with a note), so everyone else stays big.
✔ Vector PDF: crisp at 24 x 36, never blurry.
✔ Fix a name once: the poster and every card update.
✔ Spots guests without a table, names listed twice and over-full tables.
✔ Import from Excel (.xlsx), Google Sheets (download as .xlsx or CSV, or copy and paste) or CSV. Works with our Wedding Planner Spreadsheet's Guest List tab: choose Yes / Waiting / No RSVPs and split couples into one line each.
✔ JPG option for photo printers that only accept JPG, and a black-ink option for cheap engineering prints.
✔ Accents print correctly (é, ñ, ø, ł, ß, Vietnamese).

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
PRIVATE AND SIMPLE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔ Nothing is uploaded: your guest list stays in your own browser. No account, no sign-up.
✔ No Canva Pro, no Templett, no Microsoft 365, no app to install.
✔ Works in an up-to-date browser on a computer, tablet or phone (a computer is easiest for long lists).
✔ Your list saves in that browser. Use "Save a backup file" to move to another device.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• 1 PDF guide (4 pages): your private link, how to use it, printing tips, and quick fixes.
• This is a digital product: nothing is shipped, and printing is not included.

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
GOOD TO KNOW
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
• For personal use: one wedding or event per purchase. Please don't share your private link publicly.
• Fonts cover Latin letters with accents. Names in other alphabets (Cyrillic, Greek, Chinese…) can't print yet; the tool tells you if a name has them.
• Prefer to try first? The demo link above is free.
• Questions? Message us any time. We usually reply within a day.
