“Awesome customer service. I was bit concerned about the delivery frame so I reached out to the seller and he replied within mins and went above and beyond making sure I received it on time. The prop is EXACTLY as advertised even better in person. Retractable and exchangeable blade. I ordered the gray blade and customized it myself with art pens to add the black mark like in the anime. No issues with bleeding on the material or fading when retracting the blade. GREAT QUALITY , It was a hit at the CON . Highly recommend this seller”
