The Visual Overview tab includes four live summary cards and three linked Google Sheets charts, including a donut chart of recorded cash costs. They update as you record and validate events.

Record each customer order once, then add its items on separate sales lines. The payment fee stays with the order, even when a customer buys several products. Add booth and travel costs, along with your setup and selling time, to review the event.

Software and limits
Use Google Sheets in a desktop web browser with a Google account. Excel, Apple Numbers, mobile apps and offline use have not been tested.

Enter your own numbers. Fees and hourly rates do not update automatically, and the workbook does not connect to Etsy, Square, PayPal or a bank. Currency settings change labels only; they do not convert amounts. Results are planning estimates, not tax filings or complete accounting profit.

Market Day does not take payments or forecast demand. Restock quantities use the stock target you enter. Pricing scenarios are available in Price Lab and Studio.

Choose your workbook
Price Lab covers pricing. Market Day covers craft fair orders, event costs and stock counts. Studio combines both workflows in one workbook. If you choose Studio, you do not need the other two. Separate workbooks do not sync.

Questions before you buy

I covered my booth fee. Did I actually make money?
The booth fee is only one cost. Market Day also accounts for recorded goods costs, payment fees, refunds and event expenses. It shows cash contribution separately from the result after production and event time; neither is complete accounting profit.

How can I track sales when my booth gets busy?
Use the included printable day log during the event, then enter the records in Google Sheets on a computer. Market Day does not take payments or import Square or Etsy sales.

Will it tell me how much stock will sell at the next fair?
No. It compares recorded stock with a physical count and calculates restock quantities from the stock target you enter. It does not forecast demand.
