This handmade business spreadsheet for Google Sheets connects product pricing, craft fair sales and inventory in one workbook. Planzo Studio combines the Price Lab and Market Day workflows across 16 tabs, with shared products, dated costs and a combined dashboard.

The Visual Overview tab includes four live summary cards and three linked Google Sheets charts, including a donut chart of recorded cash costs. Pricing and market-day information stays connected in one workbook.

Use the same product records for pricing scenarios and event sales. Save the cost values used for each sale, then compare event results and sales made outside events. The dashboard separates cash contribution from the result after production and event time.

A worked example
The fictional sample includes $74 cash contribution from one market, -$8.80 from another and $8 from a sale outside an event. The combined result is $73.20 before owner time, or -$47.80 after $121 of production and event time. These are sample records, not business results.

Software and limits
Use Google Sheets in a desktop web browser with a Google account. Excel, Apple Numbers, mobile apps and offline use have not been tested.

Enter your own numbers. Fees and hourly rates do not update automatically, and the workbook does not connect to Etsy, Square, PayPal or a bank. Currency settings change labels only; they do not convert amounts. Results are planning estimates, not tax filings or complete accounting profit.

Studio does not take payments, import platform sales or forecast demand. Restock quantities use your own stock targets.

Questions before you buy

Do I need Price Lab and Market Day as well?
No. Studio combines those workflows in one connected workbook. Buying the separate workbooks is not required, and separate copies do not sync.

Does this include raw-material recipes or production scheduling?
No. Studio covers pricing, event sales and finished-stock records. It does not include the separate BOM, Capacity or Custom Order workbooks.
