Seller's description

Welcome book template for Airbnb hosts and holiday lets: a tap-to-navigate phone guest guide plus a matching printed house manual, edited in Canva, in UK and US editions.

Guests ask the same questions every stay. What's the Wi-Fi? How do I get in? Which bin? When is check-out? The Stay Guide answers them before they have to ask, in a calm, warm design that looks like a boutique stay.

I built it around what hosts say goes wrong with other welcome books: hard to edit, confusing downloads, beach-house photos that don't match a real home. So every detail you change is marked in gold [BRACKETS], a worksheet gathers your details first, and a Start Here guide walks you through it in plain steps.

WHAT YOU GET
- Phone guest guide, 17 pages: home screen with tap tiles and Wi-Fi, then Welcome, Arrival, Getting in, Wi-Fi & TV, Heating, Kitchen, Bedrooms, House rules, Bins, Parking, Eat & drink, Things to do, Essentials, Emergency & safety, Check-out and Thank you. Every page has a Home button.
- Printed welcome book, 20 pages: cover, welcome, contents, every section and two guest book pages. A5 (UK) or 5.5 x 8.5 in (US).
- UK and US editions: wording, spelling, emergency numbers and units set for each (999 / NHS 111, or 911 / Poison Control; °C or °F).
