HOW IT WORKS
1. Settings: enter the fee rates for each channel you sell on: Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, in-person, plus two of your own (e.g. wholesale). Commission %, payment processing %, ads %, fixed fee per order, fee per unit, and your own extra cost per unit are all editable cells. Example rates are included as placeholders. Fees change, so check each platform's current fee page and type in your own.
2. Materials: what you buy, pack size and pack cost. Cost per unit is calculated, with reorder alerts for supplies.
3. Recipes: how much of each material goes into one batch.
4. Products: units per batch, labor hours and overhead. Unit cost = materials + labor + overhead.
5. Channel Pricing: the price you'd need on each channel to hit your target margin after fees, next to the profit and margin at the price you actually charge.
6. Sales & Stock Log: log batches made, orders sold and adjustments. Each sale shows its fees, cost of goods and true profit.
7. Stock & Margin + Dashboard: on-hand stock with REORDER flags, true margin by product, and totals by channel and by month.
