- Thanksgiving invitation: 5 x 7 inches, portrait.
- Friendsgiving invitation: 5 x 7 inches, portrait.
- Thanksgiving phone invitation: 1080 x 1920 pixels.
- Friendsgiving phone invitation: 1080 x 1920 pixels.
- START_HERE.pdf with four Canva template links.
- EDIT_AND_PRINT_GUIDE.pdf with editing, export, printing and phone-sharing guidance.
- PERSONAL_USE_LICENSE.pdf.
- Four clearly labelled sample previews: two print PDFs and two phone JPGs.

The phone designs are composed separately for a phone screen. All names, addresses, dates and RSVP details shown in previews are fictional examples. The date remains editable for future gatherings.

EDITABLE TEXT
Personalize the headline, introductory wording, subtitle, host name, date, time, venue, address, RSVP deadline, RSVP contact and optional potluck message. Edit or remove the potluck note. Each design contains 11 live text fields.
The botanical illustration is a placed image; individual pumpkins and leaves are not separate editable elements. Changes made to one design do not automatically update another. No automated RSVP form, guest-management service, animation or invitation website is included.

ACCESS AND DELIVERY
Download the ZIP from your Etsy purchase in a web browser, extract it, then open START_HERE.pdf. Choose the occasion and size you need, follow its Canva template link, choose View template and then Open in Editor (or Use template), and create a personal copy in your account. Replace every sample detail before downloading. Share only finished invitations with your guests, not the template links.

SOFTWARE AND ACCOUNT
A free Canva account and internet access are required for online editing, plus a ZIP extractor and PDF reader for the download. No Canva Pro subscription is needed for the included text edits, standard Print PDF (RGB) downloads or default 1x phone PNG downloads. These steps were tested in a separate Canva Free account. Noto Serif and Noto Sans are already available in the templates; no font installation is needed. The original uploaded artwork uses no Canva Pro stock elements. Optional Pro tools and premium elements you add yourself are outside the included workflow.

SIZES AND FILE FORMATS
Print: 5 x 7 inches (127 x 177.8 mm), portrait. Actual Canva Print PDFs were checked at exactly this trim size. Phone: 1080 x 1920 pixels, 9:16 portrait; actual PNG exports were checked. The download itself is a ZIP containing PDF guides, PDF samples and JPG samples. Canva templates are accessed through links, not installed files. The samples are flattened previews; the Canva designs contain editable text.

PRINTING
For cards, use Share > Download > PDF > Print in Canva (called PDF Print in some interfaces). For home printing, center one 5 x 7 card on US Letter or A4, choose Actual size / 100%, and trim afterward. Turn off Fit and automatic enlargement. Two cards can fit side by side on landscape Letter or A4 when positioned at 100%; printer margins and crop marks may affect fit. Make and measure a plain-paper test before printing the full batch.
Keep important text at least 0.25 inch inside the trim edge. Included sample PDFs have no bleed. If a print shop requests bleed, follow its specification and extend the cream background beyond the trim edge without enlarging the invitation. The guide explains 0.125-inch bleed and alternatives. Screen and printed colors can vary.

PHONE SHARING
Export the dedicated phone design as PNG or JPG, then attach the image to a text, email or messaging app. Choose original quality when available. Check the complete attachment for cropping or compression. The RSVP email or number is display text, not an automated response system.
