Seller's description

Blue-grey bands of bentonite clay, laid down when this corner of Arizona was a swamp, now eroded into one of the strangest hillsides in the Painted Desert. This is the original photograph, untouched — the strata really are that blue. A calm, sculptural landscape print for a living room, study or hallway. (It is also the centre panel of our Outlands triptych, listed separately as a set of three.)

WHAT'S INCLUDED
The Blue Mesa photograph, as JPG files in five ratios.
Each artwork comes in five ratios (2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5:7, ISO A-series) at 300 DPI, plus a one-page printing & size guide (PDF). The photograph files are full-resolution 5184×3456 px: gallery-sharp at 300 DPI up to about 17×12 in, and crisp at 200 DPI up to about 26×17 in — the guide's table gives exact sizes per ratio.

HOW PRINTING WORKS
Download the ZIP, open the folder for the artwork you want, and pick the file whose ratio matches your frame (for example, the 4x5 file for an 8×10" frame). Print at home on matte or lustre paper, or send the file to any local print shop or online lab. The included PRINTING_GUIDE.pdf lists the exact recommended sizes for every ratio and artwork.

About this file: this is the photographer's untouched original photograph — no AI treatment of any kind.

Field note: The Blue Mesa's bands match, almost to the swatch, the patina blues painters keep chasing. Geology did it first, about 220 million years ago.
