SHIFT ROTATION CALENDAR GENERATOR
Pick your rotation from the dropdown (24/48, 48/96, Kelly 9-day, 4-on/4-off 12s, Pitman 2-2-3, DuPont, 4-10s or Custom), enter your first ON day, choose your platoon (A / B / C / D) and Sunday or Monday start. A full 12-month 2027 calendar shades your day, night and 24-hour shifts automatically and counts your shifts and hours. Custom patterns use simple letters (D = day, N = night, S = 24-hour shift, O = off), e.g. SOO or DDNNOOOO. Formulas only, no macros. Works in Excel and Google Sheets (free) and prints on one page.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the files (Etsy: You > Purchases and reviews > Download files).
2. Import the PDF into GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo, PDF Expert, Samsung Notes or any PDF annotation app.
3. Make your rotation calendar in the spreadsheet and copy it onto your My Rotation page.
