How do I print my cards?

Open the PDF and print at 100% / "Actual Size" on US Letter paper (turn off "fit to page"). Each page has two 5x7 cards with crop marks; cut along the marks with a paper trimmer or scissors. You can also print the 300 dpi JPG at 5x7 at a local print shop or photo kiosk.

What paper should I use?

White or cream matte cardstock, 65 to 110 lb (about 175 to 300 gsm), gives the best look and feel. Regular printer paper works in a pinch. Colors can look slightly different depending on your printer and screen.

What envelope size do the cards fit?

The cards are 5 x 7 inches, so they fit a standard A7 envelope (5.25 x 7.25 in). They're flat, single-sided cards, so write your message on the back or tuck in a note.

Where do I find my download?

Right after payment, Etsy emails you a download link. You can also go to You > Purchases and reviews on etsy.com (or in the Etsy app, then "Download files") at any time. If you checked out as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email. Bundles come as two ZIP files (part 1 and part 2); download both. Files download most easily on a computer.

Can I get a refund on a digital item?

Because these are instant digital downloads, we can't accept returns or exchanges. But if a file won't open, is damaged, or isn't what the listing described, message us through Etsy and we'll send a fixed file or make it right.

How can I use the cards? Can I print more than one?

Print as many copies as you need for your own cards: family, friends, coworkers, or your own small business's clients and customers. Please don't resell, share or redistribute the files, or sell printed copies.
