Wholesale Studio combines a quote and margin planner with dated order cash planning in Google Sheets. Enter the deposit, supplier payments, production costs and expected customer balance to see how much money the order needs before it pays you back.

A profitable quote can still need cash upfront. In the included fictional example, a 5,000 order has 3,500 of entered costs and a 500 deposit. Expected contribution is 1,500, while the payment schedule creates a 3,000 peak funding gap. Contribution is not net profit: owner time, unentered overhead and income tax are excluded.

Does this show my business bank balance?
It models cash for the selected order. It does not know your other commitments or bank balance. You can enter the extra funding available to that order for comparison.

What happens when a customer pays part of an installment?
Split it into settled and remaining planned rows with different references. The schedule must still reconcile to the full expected amount. No banking connection is included.

Can I compare a larger order or a later payment?
Yes. Enter an alternative plan and its complete schedule. A quantity change uses a separate quote with revised quote lines. Scenarios are entered manually; changing one does not rewrite the others.

Will changing my catalog alter accepted quotes?
Quote lines keep the price and cost snapshots you entered. Retain a dated copy when a quote is accepted. Planning records are editable, not an immutable accounting ledger.

What does Peak Funding Gap mean?
The greatest negative usable order cash amount over the entered schedule, starting at zero. Sales tax is reserved. Same-day expenses are placed before receipts when intraday timing is unknown. This is a planning estimate, not a financing decision or a guarantee that an order is affordable.

SCOPE
Google Sheets in a desktop browser; a Google account and internet access are required. One currency per workbook. Up to 30 catalog products, 50 quotes, 100 quote lines, 50 cash plans and 300 cash movements. The cash dashboard compares the first five plans; all plans remain available in the table.
