Most states ask people collecting unemployment to make a set number of work search activities each week and keep a log in case they're asked for it. The rules differ from state to state, so this log doesn't assume any of them. You set the number per week, the day your benefit week ends, and which kinds of activity count. It does the counting.

HOW IT WORKS

WORKS WITH
Built and tested in Microsoft Excel (Microsoft 365). Also works in Excel 2016 or newer and can be imported into Google Sheets (File > Import), where a few visual touches like data bars may look different. Not tested in Apple Numbers.
