Can I use these templates in Google Sheets?

Yes. Download the .xlsx file, upload it to Google Drive, open it, then choose File > Save as Google Sheets. The formulas and drop-downs carry over; chart colors and some formatting can look slightly different than in Excel. Message me if anything doesn't work and I'll help.

What if my file won't open or something isn't working?

Because these are digital downloads, Etsy doesn't allow returns or exchanges. But if a file won't open or a formula isn't working, send me a message through Etsy. I'll fix it or send you a replacement file.

Custom and personalized orders

Yes! Click "Request Custom Order" on the shop page or send me a message describing what you need: the categories, columns, calculations or layout you have in mind. I can customize an existing template or build a new one, and I'll send you a quote and timeline before any work starts.

Where do I find my files after I buy?

Right after checkout, Etsy emails you a download link. You can also go to You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy.com and click Download Files next to your order. Tip: digital files can't be downloaded in the Etsy phone app, so open Etsy in a web browser (on a computer is easiest) to download them.

My Google Sheets file opens in view-only mode. What do I do?

In the top menu click File > Make a copy (or File > Save as Google Sheets if you uploaded the .xlsx). That gives you your own fully editable copy. If it still won't open: use a computer instead of a phone, make sure you're signed in to your Google account, check you have free space in Google Drive, or try a different browser. Still stuck? Message me and I'll help.

Do I need to be good at spreadsheets to use these?

Not at all. Only type in the yellow cells; everything else (totals, charts, dashboards) is calculated for you. Every file has a Start Here tab with step-by-step instructions, plus a SAMPLE version filled with example data so you can see how it works, and a BLANK version ready for your own numbers.

Will it work on a Mac, iPad or my phone?

Yes. The templates work in Microsoft Excel (Windows or Mac) and in Google Sheets, which is free and runs in any browser. Once your file is set up, you can update it from the Excel or Google Sheets app on your phone or tablet. For the first setup a computer is easiest. Apple Numbers isn't supported, since some formulas and charts don't carry over.
