HOW TO ORDER

1. Fill in the Personalization box (what you want, names or dates, size, material) and buy this listing.
2. Send 1-3 clear photos or a quick sketch in Etsy Messages (open your purchase, then "Message seller"). No photo needed for a name-only design.
3. Wait 48-72 hours, counted from when I receive your idea. Your files arrive on your Etsy order page.

After checkout, send me your photo or idea in Etsy Messages. I’ll design your file and deliver it right on your Etsy order page within 48–72 hours. Etsy emails you when it’s ready, and it stays in your Purchases.

THE 3-STEP PROCESS
━━━━━━━━━━
Step 1 - You send your idea: a pet photo, the front of your house, a name, a date, a sketch.
Step 2 - I design and check: I draw your design with AI assistance, then my validator checks the file (see below). If the validator fails it, I fix it before you see it.
Step 3 - You get your files: SVG + DXF + PDF on your Etsy order page. Want changes? Up to 2 revisions are included.

WHAT YOU GET

• 1 original design made from your idea
• SVG + DXF + PDF, real size in millimetres (the file opens at the right size)
• Default: an ornament about 3.5 in (88 mm) tall/wide with a hanging hole, for 1/8 in (3 mm) plywood or acrylic
• Other sizes or thicknesses on request (I re-check the file at your size)
• Layers by colour: red = cut, black = engrave, blue = score line
• Up to 2 revisions on the same idea (a brand-new idea counts as a new order)
• Delivery within 48-72 hours after I receive your photo or idea

EVERY FILE CHECKED BY VALIDATOR
━━━━━━━━━━
Before delivery the SVG must pass all rules of my cut-file validator:
• all cut paths closed, no self-crossing lines
• no double cuts (lines on top of each other burn the edge)
• no loose pieces that fall out, the wood stays one connected piece
• thinnest wood bridge at least 1.5 mm, smallest cut-out at least 1 mm
• hanging hole 3.5-5 mm with at least 3 mm of wood around it
• engraving and score lines sit on wood, not over holes
• sensible node count, millimetre units
The DXF and PDF are exported from the same checked geometry, and I cross-check that they match the SVG (same contours per layer, same size).

Honest limits: the files are checked by software, not test-cut on a laser. Power and speed depend on your machine and wood, so please run a test on scrap first.

WHAT I CAN'T MAKE

No copyrighted or trademarked logos, characters, sports teams or brands, and nothing copied from another designer. Your own pets, homes, names, dates and ideas are perfect. If your idea isn't something I can make, I'll tell you and cancel the order with a full refund.

Very detailed photos get simplified so they cut cleanly: thin lines become shapes at least 1.5 mm wide.
