Specifications

May include: A digital graphic advertisement for a Psychology Today Profile Rewrite service. The text includes the title, a description of three bio boxes, and a sample after-rewrite text block. The design features a cream background with a sage green circle.

Your directory profile is often the first thing a future client reads about you. Most profiles list approaches and conditions. The ones that get read talk to one person about what they are going through.

I rewrite your Psychology Today profile (or another therapist directory profile) in your voice, inside the character limits, and send it back in 3 business days.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Check out.
2. Your questionnaire downloads straight away. It takes about 15 minutes: who you help, how you work, your practical details and your voice.
3. Send it back as an Etsy message attachment.
4. Within 3 business days you receive your draft in Word and PDF through Etsy messages.
5. Tell me what to change and I revise once.

WHAT YOU GET (EUR 119)
Your directory profile:
• All 3 Psychology Today bio boxes, each inside the character limit (about 640, 360 and 360 characters)
• An opening written for the search preview, the first lines people see in results
• Suggestions for your 3 Top Specialties and other sidebar fields
• Short notes explaining the choices
• Word and PDF, ready to paste
Plus your bio pack:
• Website About page text (about 300 to 450 words)
• Short bios of 50 and 100 words for other directories and talks
• 3 Instagram bio options under 150 characters
• 1 round of revisions on everything

SEE AN EXAMPLE
Photo 2 and the free sample file show a full before and after for a fictional counselor. Everything in the example is invented.

ETHICAL BY DEFAULT
• No invented credentials. I only use what you write in the questionnaire.
• No outcome promises and no testimonials.
• No client information needed, ever. Please do not send any.
• You check every fact and approve the text before it goes live.

OTHER DIRECTORIES
Using Counselling Directory, a local directory or your own site? Add the field names and character limits to the questionnaire and I write to those.

GOOD TO KNOW
• This is marketing copy, not clinical or legal advice. You stay responsible for following your licensing board and code of ethics.
• Lotus & Tulip is not affiliated with Psychology Today. The name is used only to describe which profile is written.
• Delivery is 3 business days from receiving your completed questionnaire.
• Free character counter and the full example: lotustulip.com/therapist-profile-writing.html

Not sure yet? Start with the EUR 12 Psychology Today Profile Audit: a PDF within 48 hours showing what to fix first in your current profile, with the EUR 12 counting in full toward the EUR 79 Profile Rewrite within 30 days. https://www.etsy.com/listing/4602044782/psychology-today-profile-audit-therapist
