ONE COLOUR = ONE LAYER
Every test square has its own colour, so laser software that sorts work by colour puts each square on its own layer: give each one its own speed and power, run the card once, keep it next to your machine. Black = engraved labels, red = cut outline, blue = score. The DXF files carry one named layer per test cell.

• Slot fit cards for 3.0 mm, 3.2 mm (1/8"), 4.0 mm, 6.0 mm and 6.35 mm (1/4") sheet: 7 slots each in 0.1 mm steps, plus a tongue

SPECS
• True size in millimetres; every file fits within 160 x 126 mm (6.3 x 5.0 in), so it suits small beds too
• The numbers engraved on the diode / CO2 / fiber grids are wide starting ranges for that kind of machine, NOT settings measured on your machine - every laser, lens, material and air assist is different. Speeds in mm/s (1 mm/s = 60 mm/min). Other units? Use the universal A-E x 1-5 cards
• Every file was read back and checked by code: true mm size, one colour per test cell with no colour repeated, closed cut lines (only the living-hinge slits are open, on purpose), no double cut lines, labels are engrave - not cut, and slot widths, kerf pieces, holes, bridges and text heights re-measured to 0.005 mm
• Not test-cut on every machine: the designer has no laser of its own. Always watch your machine while it runs

COMPATIBLE WITH
Any laser software that imports SVG, DXF or PDF and assigns settings by colour or layer. Fiber / IR marking software varies in how it imports colours - if yours does not split by colour, select each square and give it its own parameters.
