A team treasurer spreadsheet and youth sports budget tracker that shows every player's balance, splits team costs automatically and credits fundraising to families - so you always know who has paid, who owes and who's overdue.

Made for the volunteer team manager, treasurer or "team parent" of a club, rec, travel or school team - soccer, baseball, softball, hockey, volleyball, basketball, cheer, swim or any sport. Enter each cost once, log money as it comes in, and hand parents a clear statement and an end-of-season report.

WHAT IT DOES FOR YOU
- Player accounts: one row per player. Balance = charges - sibling discount - scholarship - fundraising credits - payments, with a status for each player: Paid in full, Balance due, Overdue (past a charge's due date + your grace days, using today's date) or Credit.
- Charges that split themselves: enter a league fee, tournament entry, ref fees, uniforms, coach gift or banquet once. Split it equally across the active roster, charge a fixed amount per player, or mark Y on the split grid for only the players attending. Shares are worked out to the cent and always add up exactly to the total.
- Late joiners and players who leave: Active from / Active to dates keep them out of charges they shouldn't pay.
- Sibling discount (% or $) applied automatically to the 2nd, 3rd... player in a family, only on the charge types you choose.
- Scholarships and hardship help stay private: they show only on that family's own statement.
- Fundraising credits: credit raffle or sales money to the player who earned it, split a car wash across the whole roster, or keep sponsor money in the team fund.
- Team budget vs. actual by category, expected bank balance, a bank statement check, and a list of parents owed money back for out-of-pocket costs.
- Nothing hidden: the Dashboard counts unknown player names, payments with no player, charges split to zero players, over-budget lines, a bank difference and missing receipts. It says ALL CLEAR only when nothing is flagged.

- Treasurer Dashboard: collected vs. owed, overdue players, team cash, budget vs. actual, flagged rows.
