- Enter the agreed rate on each booking so changing the reference inventory rate does not rewrite historical charges.
- Quotes, Returned and Cancelled rows do not reserve stock. Confirmed balance totals include all confirmed dates.
- This is a selected-day stock check, not an automatic search for all conflicts across every future booking. Check each event date.
