Christmas Assembly Script for Primary School, Class Assembly with Line Cards and Slides

The Christmas Time Machine: an original, funny Christmas class assembly for primary schools (ages 5 to 11), with a speaking part for every child, ready-made line cards, whiteboard slides and no royalties to pay.

Professor Tinsel and Bolt the Robot take the class back in time in a cardboard-box time machine, to find out why we bring holly inside, why mince pies are called mince pies, where stockings, Christmas cards, crackers and Christmas trees came from, and how Boxing Day got its name. Back home, the class invents kind new Christmas traditions of their own. It teaches real history, gets the whole class joining in, and ends with a warm message about kindness.
