HOW THE CALCULATIONS WORK
- Equivalent costs annualize the entered recurring charge. They are commitments, not a report of actual payments.
- Next renewal is a date you maintain manually. After a renewal, replace it with the next known billing date.
- Cancel lead days is your own planning buffer. It does not determine a provider’s actual cancellation policy.
- Only Active subscriptions enter commitment totals. No cancellation requests, bank access or notifications are sent.

EASY SETUP
1. Download and open the workbook in Microsoft Excel.
2. Read Start here. Replace gold sample input values and keep sage formulas. Use a unique record ID for every row.
3. Set the Dashboard report date for date-sensitive prompts. Filter the working tables to focus your next step.

COMPATIBILITY
Provided as an .xlsx file. For Google Sheets, upload through Google Drive and open with Google Sheets; review converted formulas, dates, charts and dropdowns. Native Excel and Google Sheets application testing has not been performed. Larger datasets require extending related tables, formulas and validations together.
