You manually copy net sales, sold-item cost and processing fees, then add damaged stock cost to other event expenses. Do not buy again if you already own both.

The PDF includes exact source/destination cells and a fictional combined event showing stock, refunds, damage, costs and time. Original separate Worked example tabs are also included.

SETUP AND REQUIREMENTS
Download and extract in a desktop browser. Upload both XLSX files to Google Drive, open with Google Sheets, and choose File > Save as Google Sheets if shown. Google account and internet required. These are spreadsheet files to upload and convert, not shared template links. Tested in desktop Google Sheets after conversion; Excel, Numbers, LibreOffice, mobile and offline use are not verified. USD display, no currency conversion.

CAPACITY AND IMPORTANT LIMITS
Inventory: 100 product/SKU rows and 500 product sales lines per event copy. A basket with different products uses multiple lines. Profit log:50 events. Manual entries and aggregate event quantities; no timestamps, POS/bank connection or automatic platform sync.

The handoff supports nonnegative net processing fees. If fee credits exceed charges, the inventory file shows the credit but intentionally leaves its planner handoff blank; the older profit planner rejects negative costs. That case needs separate appropriate records. Never treat a blank fee as zero. Returns after the event, exchanges without refunds, split/cross-method payments and bank/cash-drawer reconciliation need other records.

Not tax, legal, compliance or complete accounting software. Profit is before income tax and costs you did not enter. Time allowance is not cash paid. All example numbers are invented teaching figures, not customer results or promised earnings.
