devkit is one command-line tool for the chores every web project repeats. Install the included package with npm and run devkit --help.

COMMANDS
• devkit img: batch resize/convert/compress to WebP, AVIF, JPEG or PNG with a before/after savings table (never upscales; dry-run, JSON output, parallel)
• devkit db new / up / down / status: plain-SQL migrations for SQLite and PostgreSQL, each in a transaction, with dry-run, steps and checksum detection of edited migrations
• devkit env check: compares .env with .env.example (missing, empty, placeholder, extra) and exits 1 in CI when keys are missing
• devkit hooks install / uninstall / list: git hooks from your config (existing hooks backed up)
• devkit run: small task runner with dependencies, --list and --dry-run
• devkit init: scaffolds config, .env.example, migrations folder and .editorconfig
• devkit analyze: lines by language, largest files, TODO/FIXME list, approximate per-function complexity, dependency and import report as a table, JSON or standalone HTML
• --help on every command, coloured output, --config, --quiet, --no-color

TESTED BEFORE LISTING
17 automated tests (images, SQLite and PostgreSQL 17 migrations including rollback of a failing file, env parsing, task ordering, git hooks in a real repo, analysis, the CLI binary). The packed .tgz was installed globally and every command run on sample data.

• Needs Node.js 20+. Tested on Linux; macOS/Windows not tested by the seller.
• analyze uses fast heuristics, not a full parser; complexity is approximate. No MySQL support.
• sharp downloads its image library from npm when you install.
• Digital product, no physical item ships.
