Maintenance Plans works out the next visit due for every plan client, with overdue in red and due soon in gold. Invoices shows what is open, paid and late, and Money keeps your expenses with profit and loss by month. Type in the yellow cells; everything else is calculated for you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Download the .xlsx files after purchase.
2. Google Sheets: upload to Google Drive, open, then File > Save as Google Sheets.
Excel: open the file and click Enable Editing.
3. Fill in Setup (about 2 minutes) with your rate, markup and plans, then build your first estimate.

Works in Google Sheets (free) and Microsoft Excel (desktop and Microsoft 365). Not for Apple Numbers.
