See what each shop holds and what it owes you.

Consignment Desk is a consignment inventory tracker for makers and artists who sell through shops and galleries, in Google Sheets. Track stock, sales, commission and payments in one place, starting from today.

WHAT IT DOES
• Shows every shop on one page: your earnings, payments received, money still owed and units held.
• Keeps each shop's stock up to date from deliveries, returns, write-offs and sales.
• Fills in sale prices and commission from your item list and each shop's rate. Type a different price or rate when a sale was different.
• Reverses the original sale's price and commission when you record a refund.
• Starts commission and price changes on a date, so earlier sales keep the old rate.
• Lists one shop's sales, payments and stock for any dates, to check against the shop's own statement.

Clear prompts show what's missing. Each row says what to fix, and totals wait until every entry is OK, so incomplete entries don't give you a wrong total. Formula cells warn you before they change.

INCLUDED
A PDF with your make-a-copy link, plus a link to a worked example (a fictional maker selling through three shops). The sheet has a built-in Guide tab.

BEFORE YOU BUY
Google Sheets with a free Google account. No Excel needed. Easiest to set up on a computer. Manual entry and one currency label (no conversion). No add-ons or scripts.

Tracks stock held by shops and the money they owe you. It doesn't calculate profit or tax, and it isn't accounting software. Shop fees other than commission aren't tracked.
