Call Ledger is a ready-to-use call review spreadsheet for sales managers, team leads and QA reviewers. Score a call in under a minute and the dashboards fill themselves in.

WHAT'S INSIDE
- Team View dashboard: calls reviewed, team average, pass rate, change vs the previous period, low-score calls, plus a by-rep table (average, pass rate, weakest and strongest skill), a skill heatmap and an 8-week trend chart.
- Coach View: pick one rep and see their skill profile vs the team, their biggest gap, their last 10 calls with "fix next" notes and an 8-week trend. Prints on one page for your 1:1.
- Call Log: one row per call. Score each skill 0 (Missed), 1 (Partly) or 2 (Nailed) from drop-downs. The weighted score and pass/below fill in on their own.
- AI Scoring tab: a ready-made prompt built from YOUR skills. Paste it and a call transcript into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, then paste the one-row answer into the log.
- Rubric Library: 3 ready-made rubrics (cold call / SDR, discovery & demo / AE, inbound lead call).
- Setup: up to 12 reps and 10 skills with your own names, descriptions and weights, plus your pass mark and low-score alert.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Put your reps and skills in Setup.
2. After each call review, add a row to the Call Log.
3. Open Team View or Coach View. Done.

WORKS WITH
Microsoft Excel (Windows and Mac, 2016 or newer, Microsoft 365) and Google Sheets (upload to Drive, then File > Save as Google Sheets). No macros, no add-ons. Tested in both.
