When will my order ship?

The listing shows the processing time and estimated delivery window. Processing covers preparation before dispatch; carrier transit begins after dispatch. Please review both before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us through Etsy Messages with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the next steps.

Can I personalize my cup?

Selected listings offer a name, initial or logo. Choose a listing with personalization enabled and follow its instructions. Fixed-design listings are sold as shown and do not include custom changes.

What comes with my order?

Each listing describes what is included. Please review the product description and your selected option before checkout. Drinks and styling props shown in the photographs are not included.

How do I send my logo?

Choose the Custom Logo Cups listing and send a clear, high-resolution file through Etsy Messages or the available upload option. Include your order number. Please use artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.

Can I choose another dog or send a photo of my pet?

Our dog collection uses the breed illustrations shown in each listing. It does not include a portrait of your own pet or a change to the illustrated coat color. Browse the Dog Lover Cups section for the available breeds.

Can you deliver by a specific date?

Please message us before ordering if you have a deadline. We will check our current schedule and available shipping services before confirming what we can offer.

Can I return or cancel an order?

Review the return terms displayed on your listing and the shop cancellation policy before checkout. Personalized and fixed-design items may have different return terms. Please contact us through Etsy if there is a problem.
