Absolutely! International shipping cost can get pretty expensive, but we're always willing to ship to you and will do our best to find the most cost effective shipping method for your order.

When will my order ship?

In stock items will ship by the marked ship by date which can be seen at checkout and also found on your purchase receipt. For supplies this is typically within 1-3 business days, not including weekends and federal holidays. Please be sure to check your purchase receipt as well as the shop announcement section for any exceptions to this. Personalized orders typically ship within 3-5 business days, but we ask that you allow 5-7 business days as we often receive multiple large personalized orders at once. If an item is sold out before your order is filled we will contact you ASAP with an estimated availability date for your full order to ship.

Do you offer discounts on large orders?

Yes, if you purchase an order with an item total of $35 or more the order will automatically include free shipping. Also, we offer a combined shipping discount on any multi item purchase with an item total of less than $35.

Why does my vinyl have air bubbles?

If your adhesive vinyl arrived with what appears to be bubbles please note this is NOT a damage, flaw or indication of poor quality. Because of the type/thickness of the backing and material the vinyl is made of this will happen from time to time with some of the specialty adhesive vinyls. This is called tunneling. With care and time you can work these tunnels of air out by starting from the middle and gently moving the air tunnels toward the edges or by gently lifting the vinyl from the backing and placing it back down on the backing. You need to push the air tunnels out NOT try to flatten them out. We encourage that with either method you time take and use care and work in small sections. Tunneling does not warrant a refund or exchange.

Caring for drinkware items personalized with permanent adhesive vinyl: - Hand wash only. We DO NOT advise that personalized drinkware items be washed in any dishwashers. Do not use bleach or abrasive cleaners or scrubber sponges. Mild dish soap and a soft sponge or rag should be used. Gently wipe over the personalized areas. Do not soak or submerge personalized portions of the drinkware in water.

Why not add a little sparkle to your design with our Glitter Heat Transfer Vinyl!

We've added quite a few new glitter heat transfer colors lately from what we are affectionately calling our "deluxe" line. We're sure you won't find these special colors too many other places. We like to call this color petal pink. The minute we saw this color we fell in love. It screams girly and we just can't get enough of it. It's hard to capture the accuracy of a color using digital samples so please keep in mind that due to monitor settings and the fact that this is a digital copy of the color it may differ some from the actual color. Please note this is NOT Siser Glitter HTV, however, from our experience, the quality and appearance is an even match. We're sure you won't be disappointed just because the name Siser isn't on it.

The listing is for 1 sheet only, if you wish to purchase multiple sheets you must select the desired quantity from the drop down menu before adding the item to your cart. Sheets are 12x20"**

Like all heat transfer vinyl application using a heat press is ideal, but the great thing about this product besides affordability is that you can use a regular household iron with much success. We do recommend that you use a Teflon sheet for all htv application and if you do not have one you can purchase from us with your other items.

** Please note that the actual sheet size is 12x19.5" with an acceptable +/- 1/4" variance.

For use on 100% cotton, 100% polyester or polyester cotton blend fabrics.

Garment Care instructions: Wait atleast 24 hours after application before washing the garment. Do not dry clean. Wash in warm water with mild detergent and dry at normal.

*All vinyl and heat transfer vinyl is rolled and tapes with paper transfer tape or painters tape for the most secure and stable shipping. We DO NOT ship vinyl flat unless you are purchasing the 3x12" glitter sample packs.

Pretty color - but not so much of a " petal pink " to me. When I think of petal pink, I think of a light, baby, pastel pink. This is just like Siser's transparent pink but not transparent and a hair lighter. With a little bit of a purple/cold tone.
