HOW IT WORKS
1. Order, and type the person's name and the service date in the personalization box.
2. We message you here on Etsy with a short form. The basics are enough to start: name, dates, service day, time and place, layout, and one photo.
3. You check your proof. One round of changes is included.
4. Reply "approved" and your files arrive on your Etsy Purchases page.

WHAT YOU GET
- Your program in one of three layouts: bifold (folds to 5.5 x 8.5 in, 1 photo), trifold (6 panels, up to 3 photos), or single sheet (front and back, 1 photo, no pallbearer list)
- Sage green, navy, or dove grey. US Letter or A4.
- A non-religious or faith order of service, with your readings, music, and speakers
- Three print files: one for a copy shop, one for a professional printer (with 1/8 in bleed), and one for a home printer
- An editable copy (.pptx file that opens in free slide apps) in case something changes at the last minute

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
The full name and dates, the service details, the order of service (or pick one of our two starters), a life story, photos, and any of these if you want them: family, pallbearers, a thank-you note, the reception, in lieu of flowers, a closing line.

GOOD TO KNOW
- The clock starts when we have the basics. Proofs go out Monday to Friday (US Eastern time).
- If your service is very soon, message us before you order and we will tell you whether we can make your date.
- Please send only photos you have the right to use. We crop and place them; we do not retouch or restore photos. We will tell you if a photo is too small to print clearly.
- We print song and reading titles and short lines, not full song lyrics or long modern poems.
-This is a digital service. Nothing is printed or shipped. Print as many copies as you need.
- Sample images show a fictional person, with drawn landscapes in place of photos.

WHO DOES THE WORK
Bean, our AI assistant, prepares your program from your details, and every name and date is checked against your form twice before you see it. If you would rather deal with a person, say so in a message and the shop owner will reply.
