An Advent calendar without chocolate that really gets going after Christmas. The Longevity Duel is made up of 33 playing cards: 24 daily cards with small challenges for a long, healthy life, plus rules, two player cards, two jokers, the finale on 24 December and your annual plan.

HOW IT WORKS
Every day from 1 December you turn over one card. Each challenge takes just a few minutes: movement, sleep, nutrition, mind and connection. You earn points for every challenge you complete, plus a duel bonus. On 24 December you add up the scores and the stake you agreed on beforehand gets redeemed.

IT KEEPS GOING AFTER CHRISTMAS
The back of every card has Level 2: the same habit as a 21-day challenge. With the annual plan card you pick 12 habits, one per month, and play the year-long duel until New Year's Eve.

WHO IT'S FOR
For couples, friends, siblings or colleagues. You can also play on your own and compete against yourself.

DETAILS
33 cards, 5.9 x 9.1 cm, 320 g linen-textured card stock, rounded corners, in a clear case. Printed in Germany.
