Calm Fitness is a simple workout app I made for anyone paying for a gym app they never open. No account, no subscription, no ads. Pick your goal, the days you can train and the equipment you have (even none), and it makes your week of workouts. Each workout day it shows today’s workout step by step. Tap a set when it’s done, then tap Rest and a timer counts down. Missed a week? Nothing breaks.
