What exactly do I receive?

High-resolution digital files, as described in each listing — clipart comes as transparent-background PNGs, wall art as print-ready JPGs.

Can I print these myself?

Yes — print at home, at a local print shop, or through any online printing service.

Can I sell physical products I make with these designs?

Yes — here's the simple version, and the LICENSE section on each listing has the exact terms for that product: • CLIPART: commercial use included with NO unit limit on finished products you make and sell. • WALL ART & PRINTS: personal use — print for your home, office, or gifts. • JUNK JOURNAL KITS: commercial use on finished handmade physical items only (no print-on-demand). • APPS, GAMES & PLANNERS: personal use. Never allowed on any product: reselling, sharing, or giving away the digital files themselves, or claiming the designs as your own. Not sure about a use? Message us before you buy — we answer.

No — it's better for this job. It's an interactive planner in a single file: a generator that picks tonight's scene for you, a flexible calendar that remembers your December, and letters that personalize themselves. A PDF can't decide anything; this can.

How do I open it after buying?

Download the file from Etsy (your Purchases page or the email link — in a browser, not the app, works best), then open it in any web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Add it to your home screen if you like. No install, no account, no other files.

Do I need internet or an app?

Neither. Once the file is downloaded it works completely offline, and there's no app, login or subscription involved.

What if I forget to move the elf?

That's literally what Emergency Mode is for. One tap serves a rescue scene and a ready-made excuse note that explains why the elf stayed put — undercover mission, official rest orders, guard duty — so the morning becomes a story instead of a scramble.

We start late / we travel / our elf splits time between two homes. Will it still work?

Yes — that's why it isn't a fixed December 1st plan. Start on any date, choose 7 to 25 nights, skip nights whenever real life happens, and use the travel / two-homes letter when the elf changes houses.

We have two elves (or three kids). Do I pay more?

No. Multiple elves and multiple children are built into the Setup — same price, and the generator can serve a different scene to each elf on the same night.

❓ QUESTIONS

How do I receive my files?
Instantly after checkout, from your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews. The prints download as 4 clearly labeled ZIP files; the wall art index PDF in ZIP 1 pictures all 12 prints with the ratio guide. No external download links — everything comes straight from Etsy.

Can I print at a different size?
Yes — pick the ratio closest to your frame and scale down. For best results print at 300 DPI at or below the file's pixel size for that ratio.

Can I sell prints or products with this art?
No — the wall art prints are personal use only. (The collection's clipart listings above do include commercial use.)
