This reseller spreadsheet tracks every item from the thrift store to the sale. Type what you paid when you buy it and what it sold for when it sells. The fees for the platform you sold on, your net profit, ROI and days to sell fill in. Items sitting too long are flagged, and the dashboard shows which platforms and categories actually make you money.

It is not a coloring chart. It does the math and tells you what needs attention.


WHAT IT DOES

- Platform fees figured for you: fee rules for eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, Facebook Marketplace (shipped), Whatnot and Etsy are built in, the way each one charges: percent of the sale, fees on shipping and sales tax, payment processing, fixed fees per order, flat fees under a price and minimum fees. Every rate is yours to edit, and you can add your own platform.
- Exact fee when you have it: type the fee from your payout and that number is used instead of the estimate.
- Inventory: one row per item with cost, prep and repair, where you bought it, status (Unlisted, Listed, Sold, Written off), where it sold, sale price, shipping charged and the label you paid.
- Net profit, ROI and days to sell on every sale.
- Stale inventory: anything in stock longer than 90 days (or your number) is flagged and totaled, so you can relist, cut the price, bundle or donate it. Items still unlisted after 14 days are flagged too.
- Where to Sell: before you list, type what you paid and the price you expect. See fees, payout and profit on every platform side by side, the best one for that item, and the price you need for the profit you want.
- Expenses: mailers, apps, promoted listings, storage and the miles on sourcing trips.
- Dashboard: spent on inventory, items sold, sales, fees, labels, net profit, average profit per sale, ROI, average days to sell, sell-through, stock on hand, stale items, write-offs, profit after expenses and a simple tax set-aside. Plus results by platform, by category and by month, with two charts.
