Utility bill settlement without the stress: Enter the data, select the tenant, print the completed cover letter. Now available in 4 designs, all included in the purchase.

FOUR DESIGNS TO CHOOSE FROM
Besides the classic design, you can also get the template in Sage (green and calming), Night (dark), and Pastel. They all work the same way; simply choose the one you like best. The dark "Night" design uses a lot of ink when printing.

This Excel template is designed for private landlords with up to 12 tenants. It calculates everything automatically and generates a print-ready cover letter for each tenant.
