Dinner Party Game Printable | Secret Mission Cards & Conversation Starters

Dinner Party Plot Twist is a printable dinner party game with 24 secret mission cards and 24 conversation starters. Give each willing guest one face-down mission to try during the gathering, then reveal the cards at the end. Keep the conversation cards in a separate pile for anyone to draw and answer. Guests can skip or swap a card. You get the same 48 cards and host guide in two seven-page PDFs: US Letter and A4. Print and cut at home; no physical cards are shipped.

Try working “strong opinions about potatoes” into a conversation, ask someone to invent a slogan for leftovers, or draw a table-talk question such as “What snack deserves a much better publicist?” Guests can skip or swap a card without explaining.

HOW TO PLAY AND WHAT YOU GET

What files do I get?
Two seven-page PDFs: one US Letter and one A4. Both contain the same 24 secret mission cards, 24 conversation starter cards and host guide. Choose the size that matches your paper. You get 48 different cards, not two different sets of 48.

How do I prepare the cards?
Print the pages you want at Actual Size / 100%, then cut along the card borders. Each card sheet has eight cards. Shuffle the secret missions and keep the conversation cards in a separate pile. You'll need a printer, paper and scissors; no physical cards or supplies are shipped.

How do the secret missions work?
Give each willing guest one mission face down. Guests keep their missions secret and try them naturally during the gathering. At the end, reveal the cards and share what happened. There are no points or winners unless your group chooses to add them.

How do we use the conversation cards?
Leave that pile in the middle of the table. Someone can draw a card whenever they like, and anyone can answer. Use either deck on its own or both during the same gathering, keeping the piles separate.

Does everyone have to join in?
No. Guests can skip, swap or pass on a card without explaining. No alcohol or phone is needed to play.

Can I edit the cards?
These are static PDFs, not editable templates. They are for personal use. Text and layout were developed with AI assistance.
