Movie Ledger | Watchlist, Ratings and Watched Dates for Movies and Shows (Google Sheets)

Form to sheet: log it in-the-moment on a Google Form on your phone, and the entry lands organized in your Google Sheet. No app, no re-typing. That's how every Ledger & Light tool works.

Credits rolling? Log it in-the-moment, form to sheet, rate it while the ending is still with you, and your Movie Ledger files the title under Watched with the date beside it.

Your Movie Ledger is a Google Sheet with a phone form. Open the Log Movies form, choose a title from your list or type a new one, pick Added, Started or Watched, and add a rating from 1 to 5 when the credits roll. Each entry travels form to sheet and lands as a row on your Movie Log, while your Items tab keeps one line for every movie and show.

Director, writer, actors, genre, type and where to watch sit on every title: a streaming service, a library shelf, a theater, a disc. Stage follows what you log. A title you add waits on your Watchlist, a series you press play on moves to Watching, and a title you finish moves to Watched.

Your Dashboard keeps five lists and a count. Up Next is your Watchlist. Watching Now lists every series you have open. Favorite Actors, Favorite Directors and Favorite Writers list the people behind the titles you rated 4 or 5. Watched counts the titles you finished in the last 12 months.
