Every product is made to order by our production partner and shipped directly to you.

1. **Personalised products** (with a name, text or image of your choice): they are made to your specifications, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 16(c), Directive 2011/83/EU). We do not accept returns for change of mind, size or taste. Please check your text carefully before ordering.
2. **Defect, damage or production error:** email a photo to dayinportugal@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will have a new one made and shipped free of charge, and you do not need to send the item back. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund what you paid. This does not affect your statutory rights.
3. **Non-personalised products:** you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason, by sending us a clear statement by email (you may use the EU model withdrawal form). You then have 14 days to return the unused item to the address we give you. You pay the return shipping. We refund the price and the original standard shipping within 14 days, using the same payment method, and may wait until we receive the item or proof that you sent it.
4. **Lost parcel:** we will send another free of charge. If the address you gave was wrong, you pay for the new shipment.
