HOW IT WORKS
1. Download and open in Excel, or upload to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets.
2. On Setup, add your organisation details and replace the example emission factors with official factors for your country and year.
3. Enter your baseline year values and this year's targets.
4. Each month, type your figures in the yellow cells. The dashboard, emissions and GRI index update by themselves.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Indicative GRI mapping, not assurance. Check the current GRI Standards and your reporting boundary before publishing.
- The emission factors included are examples. Replace them with official factors for your country and reporting year and note the source.
- Scope 2 uses the location-based method. Scope 3 (value chain) is not included.
- LTIFR = lost-time injuries x 1,000,000 / hours worked.
- Formulas are locked (no password) so they can't be overwritten by accident.
- Works in Excel 2016 or newer, Excel for Mac, Microsoft 365 and Google Sheets
