HOW IT PLAYS
1. Everyone grabs a wrapped gift and sits in a circle.
2. Round One: draw a card and do what it says. Gifts fly around still wrapped (about 10 minutes).
3. Everyone opens at once.
4. Open Season: set a timer for 1 minute per player and keep drawing. Steal tokens track every theft. Three steals and a gift is DEAD.
5. Timer ends, you keep what you're holding. Hand out the awards.
Works for 6 to about 24 players. Bigger crowd? Print the Open Season cards twice.
