Selling at cons and markets in more than one state means a permit, a rate and a return for each. Log every show with its state, the combined rate you looked up, permit status and return due date. After the show enter what you took in: the sheet backs the tax out of tax-included prices (or uses what your card reader reported), tracks what you paid, and flags GET PERMIT, DUE SOON and OVERDUE. The States tab adds it all up by state.

Format: one .zip with a SAMPLE and a BLANK .xlsx (Excel 2019 or newer, or Google Sheets).
Spreadsheet files: one SAMPLE copy with made-up example data and one BLANK copy. Open the .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Sheets (File > Import > Upload). Standard formulas only; no macros, add-ons or links to other files.
