HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the files after purchase
2. Open in Excel, or upload to Google Drive and open with Google Sheets (share it with your travel group so everyone can add expenses)
3. Fill in Setup, then plan, book, pack and log costs as you go. Type only in the yellow cells. Everything else updates by itself

- Any currencies. You set the exchange rate and can update it any time
- Countdown, deadlines and checklist statuses use today's date, so they update each time you open the file
