How do I get my files after I buy?

Right after checkout, go to You > Purchases and reviews on Etsy and click Download Files. You'll also get an email from Etsy with the link. For the Google Sheets products, open the PDF and click Make my copy to save your own copy to Google Drive.

Do I need Excel or any special software?

No. The planners are fillable PDFs that open in free apps like Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on Mac, or Books on iPad, or you can print them. The cost splitters and wedding tracker run in Google Sheets, which only needs a free Google account. You can download them to Excel, but Google Sheets is recommended so every formula works.

Can I share the cost splitter with my whole group?

Yes! Once you make your copy, use the Share button in Google Sheets to send it to everyone on the trip. Give them Viewer access if you want to be the only one editing. Each purchase is for one trip planner's personal use, so please don't resell or post the link publicly.
