How do I get my files after I buy?

Your PDF is available instantly after checkout. Go to your Etsy account, open Purchases and Reviews, and click Download Files next to your order. Etsy also emails you a download link. You can print fresh copies whenever you need them.

What size are the files, and what paper should I use?

All PixelVinci files are designed for US Letter paper (8.5 x 11 inches), portrait orientation. Print at 100% scale (actual size) for best results. Plain paper works for everything; card stock is nicer for cut-out cards, signs and gift tags.

Yes! Every file uses light, printer-friendly backgrounds designed for standard home and classroom printers. You can also print at a local print shop or office store.

Is this a physical product?

No - all PixelVinci products are instant digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped.

I checked out as a guest — how do I download my files?

No problem! Guest purchases are attached to the email address you used at checkout. Etsy emails you a receipt with a download link — check that inbox (and the spam/junk folder, just in case). If you create a free Etsy account with the SAME email address, your purchase and its files will appear in your account automatically under Purchases and reviews.

The Etsy app won't let me download my files — what do I do?

The Etsy app can't download files — that's an Etsy limitation, not a problem with your order. Open etsy.com in a browser instead (on your phone, tablet or computer), sign in, go to Purchases and reviews, and click Download Files next to your order. It takes under a minute.

Where do I find my files on a computer?

Go to etsy.com and sign in. Click your profile picture (top right), choose Purchases and reviews, find this order and click Download Files. You can re-download your files from there any time — they stay in your account permanently. Your receipt email from Etsy has a download link too.

I can't find my download email — help!

First check your spam/junk and promotions folders for an email from Etsy. If you paid with Apple Pay, the receipt may have gone to the email linked to your Apple ID — Apple sometimes hides your real address behind a private relay address, so check that inbox too. Still stuck? Your files are always available in your Etsy account under Purchases and reviews (see the question above), and you can message us any time — we reply within a day and will make sure you get your files.

Any printing tips for the best results?

Yes! Print at 100% scale ("actual size" — don't use "fit to page" unless you want smaller pages), and choose the best quality setting on your printer. Every PDF purchase includes two files: US Letter (8.5 x 11 in) and A4 (210 x 297 mm) — print the one that matches your paper. Plain paper is fine for worksheets and game sheets; card stock makes game cards, gift tags and party signs sturdier and smarter. A local print shop or office store can print the PDFs for you too — just take the file on your phone or a USB stick.
