Seller's description

Count down to Christmas with one small, happy thing to do each day. Little Lantern Advent is a printable advent calendar for children aged 4 to 9: 24 numbered activity cards with simple winter fun, from building a snow lantern and cutting a paper snowflake to counting stars, feeding the birds and a few kindness missions. Far in Evenmere, Halla the Lantern Keeper lights one more flame each evening of the dark weeks, and in her hut the door is never locked and the coffee pot is always on the fire. A tiny gold flame, the Seer, hides on every card and tag, and children mark each one they find on their own chart.

WHAT YOU GET
- US Letter PDF (8.5 x 11 in), 13 pages
- A4 PDF (210 x 297 mm), 13 pages
- Each file: color cover, a one-page guide for grown-ups, 24 numbered activity cards plus 3 blank cards (2.5 x 3.5 in poker size, 9 per sheet with cut marks), a sheet of card backs, 24 numbered gift tags for DIY advent bags or envelopes, a Find-the-Seer chart for stickers or coloring, and 4 animal coloring pages (fox, owl, reindeer and hare) for Days 6, 12, 18 and 24

HOW IT WORKS
1. Buy and download the PDF for your paper size.
2. Print at 100% / actual size. Use matte card stock (200-300 gsm / 80-110 lb) for the cards and tags, ordinary paper for the chart and coloring pages.
3. Cut along the marks, tuck a card into each bag or envelope with its tag, and open one each day from December 1st to 24th.

The activities are simple, low-cost and secular, made for every kind of household, and anything with scissors, warm drinks or the dark outdoors is done together with a grown-up. Color is used sparingly and the line art is saved as crisp black-and-white, so everything prints well on any home printer. No physical item will be shipped.

Personal use only: please do not resell, share or redistribute the files.
